Delivery

  • We deliver to UK Mainland’s only
  • We deliver your items within 5-7 working days from the date of the purchase.
  • Delivery to Wales & Scotland and some postcode specific can take up to 14-18 Working days
  • Our 90% of orders are delivered within the stated time period unless delivery delay is requested by customers.

 

2 Man Delivery Service

  • We will deliver your items to your door between 6am and 6pm depending on the route plan
  • Delivery date and time slots will be arranged with you prior to attempting.
  • Driver will call you 30 minutes before arrival.
  • A signature is required once items are delivered.

Do we deliver upstairs?

Our drivers only deliver to ground floor delivery to your room of choice. We can deliver upstairs for a small fee. Please let check with us before purchasing.

Will my furniture fit?

We advise all our customers to double check the measurements to ensure the sofa has easy access into your room of choice. Common problem which often results in returns include narrow door frames, awkward staircase, passenger lift and any angle that may result in difficulty passing through.  Please ensure our delivery vehicle has easy access to your property for safe unloading.

What if I miss the delivery or I am out

You will be notified of your delivery date and time slot but in case a delivery is missed by you after confirmation. There will be £50.00 re delivery charges.

Can I change or cancel delivery date

As soon as you find out that you wish to change your delivery date or cancel the order please let us know within 2 working days to ensure the order has not been processed for delivery. Please contact us on email address with your order number, name and full postcode so we can track your order.

Damages and replacement

  • We understand sometimes unfortunate incidents can happen time to time. Our aim is to deliver all your furniture in good condition however; this may not always be possible.
  • When you notice your item has arrived damaged or a has a slight sign of transit damage. You should contact us within 24 hours on furniture786m@gmail.comwith the damage photos.
  • If the damage is minor and furniture is useable, we would advise you go ahead and use it.
  • We would usually note down an incident report and it’s usually best if we have photographs to accompany our paperwork.
  • The incident report is then logged in and investigated thoroughly by our team member.
  • If you notice your item shows a considerable amount of damage, in this case we will offer you a replacement or a repair.
If you item is beyond repair and goods deemed faulty, at the ownership of Furniture786 we will be collect your items and offer you a full refund.
